Job Description
The CCP Outreach role is dedicated to fostering community engagement and promoting the services offered by the Community Care Program. This position plays a vital role in connecting individuals with resources and ensuring the program’s visibility within the community.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Event Organization and Participation: Attend and coordinate marketing events to raise awareness about the Community Care Program. This includes planning logistics, engaging with attendees, and representing the program’s mission and values.
- Referral Assistance: Assist individuals in navigating the referral process, ensuring they are connected to the appropriate services and resources.
- Promotional Activities: Develop and distribute marketing materials to effectively communicate the program’s offerings and benefits.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather feedback and analyze the impact of outreach activities to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in community outreach, event coordination, or marketing is highly desirable. Experience in social services or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency in organizing events, managing referrals, and using basic office software is important.
- Qualities: A passion for community service, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people are key to success in this role.
